Customers must provide a correct shipping address. Orders sent to an incorrect address due to customer error will not be refunded.
Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery.
Items must be unused and in original packaging.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item is defective or incorrect.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method once the return has been received and inspected.
If your product arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at elvyofficial.store@gmail.com with your order number and a photo. We will arrange a replacement or refund.
